Third Party Liability

In the event you are sued by a third party for bodily injury or property damage directly caused by your horse, the policy will defend and pay claims made against you for which you are legally liable during the policy period. This is subject to a $250 deductible. An annual aggregate of $25,000 applies to this coverage. This coverage is available for horses between 24 hours and seventeen years of age.
