Surgical Only

Surgical Only coverage pays for the cost of actual surgery and for up to a maximum of 25% of that cost for non-surgical veterinary fees and aftercare necessitated by the surgical treatment. A $5,000 limit per animal per year applies subject to a $150 deductible for each separate illness, injury or incident resulting in a surgical claim. Certain exclusions also apply, including castration and other elective procedures. This coverage is available for horses between six months and fourteen years of age
