Surgical Only
Surgical Only coverage pays for the cost of actual surgery and
for up to a maximum of 100% of that cost for non-surgical veterinary
fees and aftercare incurred within 30 days of the surgery. There is
no deductible for surgical coverage. A $5,000 limit per animal per
year applies. Certain exclusions also apply, including castration and
other voluntary procedures. This coverage is available for horses
between six months and seventeen years of age
