Summary
Equine professional errors & omissions is
available by endorsement to the commercial equine
liability policy. It rounds out the coverage provided
under a commercial equine liability policy by
covering the named insured for claims due to any
negligent act, error or omission arising out of
the insured's professional equestrian activities.
This coverage will pay any sum which the named
insured shall become legally obligated to pay
including the cost of defense in respect of a
claim. It will also provide up to $100,000 per
horse and $250,000 annual aggregate for the injury
or death of nonowned horses injured during the course
of your covered professional services to them.
