Coverage Summary
This coverage is available for horse shows, clinics
or equestrian events. The policy provides liability
coverage for the days of the event as well as
one day for set up and tear down (more days
may be added for an additional premium). The independent horse show and
event liability policy provides bodily injury
and property damage liability coverage for show
premises and operations. Injury to event participants
are not covered however.
Additionally, it is important to note that your
legal liability for nonowned horses in your care
(horses left on premises), is excluded from the
independent horse show and event liability policy.
This coverage is available in the form of a separate
care,
custody or control policy.
