Farm Dwelling Program Summary: This is a complete summary of the dwelling coverage forms used by our Ranch & Estate program. Use it as a quick reference for covered perils and sub limits.

FO 5 - Elite: Main dwelling is valued over $150,000 and is owner-occupied. Main dwelling is covered for elite perils, contents are covered for special perils.

FO 3 - Special: Main dwelling is valued over $50,000 and is owner-occupied. Main dwelling is covered for special perils, contents are covered for broad perils.

FO 4 - Tenant: Premises are tenant-occupied. Contents are covered for broad perils.

FO 2 - Broad: Main dwelling is valued over $20,000 and is owner-occupied. Main dwelling and contents are covered for broad perils.

FO 1 - Basic: Main dwelling is valued over $20,000 and is owner-occupied. Main dwelling and contents are covered for basic perils.

FO 8 - Condo: Main dwelling is an owner-occupied condominium. Main dwelling and contents are covered for broad perils.
